Do I need a hardware wallet already?
No. You can come with questions before buying anything, or bring the setup you already have. The first call helps us work out which direction makes sense for you.
What is free, and what is paid?
The 30-minute introductory call and a proposed setup are free. Hands-on implementation, a detailed assessment, and recovery practice are paid services. We agree the scope and price before paid work begins. Hardware and Bitcoin network fees are separate.
Will my setup be checked or completed on this call?
No. The first call is for your questions and a proposed direction. It is not a complete security audit, a finished setup, or a guarantee that an existing setup is secure.
What information do I need to share?
Only your name and email are required to book. A brief question is optional. Keep seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, and exact balances out of booking notes and conversations.
Can you recover Bitcoin if the keys are lost?
There is no guaranteed recovery. What is possible depends on the wallet, backups, and access that remain. I help you understand and practice recovery for a setup you control; I cannot bypass Bitcoin’s security or promise to retrieve lost funds.
How do I join or change my appointment?
Check your time zone when choosing a slot. Once Calendly confirms your booking, its confirmation email includes the meeting details and links to reschedule or cancel.
