1. Browsing this website
CustodySchool does not run advertising pixels or behavioural analytics on this site. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from this website. Our site code does not set cookies or use local storage. Checklist ticks and guide search queries are used in the current page only and are not sent to us.
The hosting provider necessarily receives connection information, such as an IP address and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. This is different from advertising tracking. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
2. Booking and enquiries
If you choose to load the booking calendar or follow a Calendly link, your browser connects to Calendly. Calendly may use its own cookies and receives the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and appointment details. We use booking information to arrange and conduct your consultation. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, so we can respond. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or unnecessary financial details.
3. Consulting information
Information you provide and notes from consulting sessions are used to deliver the agreed service and are kept confidential. Our existing retention policy is to retain consulting notes for up to 12 months after the final session. You may request deletion.
4. Your choices and requests
You can browse the site without loading Calendly. An embedded calendar can be unloaded using its Close button; that does not remove data or cookies already held by Calendly. You can manage those cookies in your browser.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email contact@custodyschool.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
5. Security and contact
We take reasonable precautions to protect information, but no website, transmission method, or consulting process can guarantee complete security. CustodySchool never asks for your recovery secrets or takes custody of your Bitcoin.
